Grady Martin joined the Sullivan & Barros team in 2023 as a paralegal. He provides support with paralegal, practice management, and administrative work within the firm’s Real Estate Transactional, Business Law and Litigation Practice Group.

Grady graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia in 2023 with a degree in Philosophy and Political & Social Thought. At UVA, he directed the Student Legal Services Center, where he oversaw the provision of free legal representation to over 600 students. He also served as Co-Founder and Senior Editor at Virginica, an online publication focusing on political philosophy and American politics, and as president of the charitable organizations Unsung People and Competitive Speech and Debate at UVA. Prior to joining Sullivan & Barros, Grady spent six years working in the restaurant industry. Grady’s myriad academic and real-world experiences inform the superior service he provides.

He is most interested in litigation and business law, and plans to attend law school beginning in 2025. In his free time, he enjoys writing, cooking, and exploring the District.
