Sullivan & Barros Zoning Team Secures BZA Use Variance for a Multi-Family Conversion Project

On Wednesday, March 2nd, the DC Board of Zoning Adjustment approved a use variance application to convert an existing church into a 10-unit building including an inclusionary zoning unit. The project is located at 3200 22nd Street, NE, near Rhode Island Avenue.

Alex Wilson led the firm’s successful efforts on behalf of the development team, which included Emilie Rottman & Ronald Schneck of Square 134 Architects.
