Lydia Watts joined Sullivan & Barros in the Spring of 2025 as a Legal Assistant and Assistant Practice Manager and currently serves as a Paralegal in the firm’s real estate transaction and litigation practice group. She supports the litigation team by preparing and organizing discovery, drafting and filing non-substantive motions, preparing Statements of Material Facts, and monitoring case deadlines. In her work with the transactional team, Lydia assists with managing transaction timelines, preparing title and survey materials, and assembling closing binders. She also plays a key role in client intake, administrative support, and the preparation of condominium applications.

Lydia graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University in Spring 2025, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Justice, Law, and Criminology with a minor in Communication. Lydia has a strong interest in criminal justice and plans to attend law school in 2027.
