Suzin Win joined Sullivan & Barros in 2023 as an associate attorney within the firm's Real Estate Transactional, Business Law and Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Suzin began her career in California, dedicating her practice to primarily representing commercial and residential property owners and landlords in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has managed a wide array of cases, including unlawful detainers, leasing conflicts, defense of wrongful evictions and other issues involving ownership of land. Suzin has also advised clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including negotiating and documenting leases, purchase/sale agreements, TIC and HOA agreements.

Since joining Sullivan & Barros, Suzin has played a key role in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Her experience spans breach of contract disputes, property damage claims, quiet title actions, and cases involving trespass and nuisance. She has also handled matters involving the enforcement of lease guaranties, as well as the interpretation and enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants. Suzin brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to each case, consistently working to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Suzin obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and graduated with highest honors at the Golden Gate University School of Law in 2021. During law school, Suzin served as an Associate Editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review, where she researched and published numerous scholarly work in the areas of commercial, business and antitrust law. Suzin's goal as an attorney is to find favorable solutions for her clients by practicing law with empathy and integrity.
