Declan Glueck joined Sullivan & Barros in 2026 as an associate attorney within the firm's Real Estate Transactional, Business Law and Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Declan began her career in Northern Virginia representing clients in civil litigation, arbitration, commercial transactions, and contract negotiations. She has handled a wide variety of disputes including breach of contract claims, contractor negligence, property damage, fraudulent misrepresentations, and consumer protection. She has also assisted in transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, entity formation, and commercial contracts. Finally, Declan has advised clients on land use and zoning matters including rezonings, special exceptions, and site plan amendments.

Declan brings a methodical and innovative approach to her matters, seeking to balance empathy, strategy, and efficiency in order to reach the best possible outcome for her clients. Declan received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and obtained her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School in 2024. During law school, Declan was a member of the George Washington Law Review, a GW Law Mentor for incoming students, and served as a Student Attorney, where she counseled low income clients experiencing severe housing conditions issues in Washington, DC.
