Lydia Watts joined Sullivan & Barros in Spring 2025 and provides comprehensive paralegal support to the firm’s Real Estate Transactional and Litigation Practice Groups.

In her role on the litigation team, Lydia provides trial and arbitration paralegal support to the firm’s trial team, and supports the litigation team throughout all stages litigation, including working on discovery requests, drafting and filing non-substantive consent motions, and assisting with the collection, organization, and review of exhibits for motions.

On the transactional side, Lydia provides paralegal support for due diligence matters for commercial real estate acquisitions, real estate contract administration including tracking and managing transaction timelines and deadlines and coordinating closing logistics. She plays a key role in preparing and reviewing title and survey materials, assembling closing and condominium registration binders, and providing essential administrative and organizational support to the transactional team.
